Thank you for your interest in our store! All orders are packaged and sent from our studio in Adelaide, Australia.

This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, options, and terms for orders placed through our online store.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only, as these are the only days we are in the office.

 

SHIPPING ZONES

We currently offer shipping within Australia and Internationally.

All domestic and international orders are sent through Australia Post.

At this current time we are only offering standard shipping for all international orders. If you wish to request express shipping please contact us at allana@byzumbo.com.au and we will see how we can accommodate you.

Untracked Letter PostWe offer free untracked letter post via Australia Post for small sticker orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier service, but typically range from 4 to 10 business days within Australia.

Standard Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping via Australia Post. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier service, but typically range from 3 to 7 business days within Australia.

Express Domestic Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping options at an additional cost. Express shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days for delivery within Australia.

Standard International ShippingWe offer standard shipping via Australia Post. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier service, but typically range from 6 to 27 business days depending on the destination country.

 

PACKAGING INFORMATION

We aim to be as eco friendly as possible! All of our orders are either sent in envelopes, boxes, or compostable bags.

We reuse bubble wrap from other packages to reduce or wastage. 

 

INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION

Customs & Import Duties

Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the full responsibility of the customer. We are legally obligated to provide shipping information regarding order value and must include an invoice for customs if required. 
If you have any concerns about customs, duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information. 

Currency

Prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but all orders will be transacted in AUD Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-AUD Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates and exclude taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed. If items are returned, a refund will be credited back in AUD Dollars at the current exchange rate.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

 

DELIVERY

a. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

b. Delivery Attempts: Our carriers will attempt delivery to the address provided. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a delivery notice for you to arrange re-delivery or pick up at a designated location.

c. Signature Requirement: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a delivery notice for you to arrange re-delivery or pick up.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

a. Dangerous Goods: We do not ship dangerous or hazardous goods, including but not limited to flammable, explosive, or perishable items.

b. Restricted Locations: We may be unable to deliver to certain remote or inaccessible locations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
